What services does IbizaDelivers offer?

We offer a comprehensive delivery concierge service including personal shopping, grocery delivery, pharmacy runs, package pickup, villa provisioning, airport luggage transfer, and general errand running. Whether you need last-minute items or pre-arrival villa stocking, our team handles it all.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is transparent and flexible: errand running starts from €15, grocery delivery runs from €25 plus the cost of items purchased. Villa provisioning and special requests are quoted individually based on scope and complexity. Contact us for a personalized quote.

How long does delivery take?

Most deliveries are completed the same day. We also offer express delivery with a 2-hour window during peak times. The timeframe depends on your location and request complexity, which we confirm when you book.

What areas do you cover?

We operate across the entire island of Ibiza and also provide service to Formentera via the ferry port. This includes all major towns, resorts, villas, and beaches. Contact us to confirm service availability for your specific location.

How do I book a service?

Booking is easy: message us on WhatsApp, fill out our online form, or call us directly. We'll confirm availability, discuss your needs, and provide a quote. WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us for same-day requests.

Can you help stock my villa before I arrive?

Yes! Our villa provisioning service is perfect for pre-arrival stocking. Simply send us your custom shopping list, and we'll have everything ready in your villa when you arrive. This includes groceries, toiletries, drinks, and special items.

Can you handle special or unusual requests?

Absolutely. From birthday cakes and hard-to-find specialty items to last-minute supplies and unique errands, we pride ourselves on handling special requests. If you can think of it, we can likely arrange it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments, cash on delivery, and invoice billing for regular clients. Payment is flexible and arranged when you book. Most clients find card or WhatsApp payment transfer most convenient.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are free up to 2 hours before your scheduled delivery. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before incur a 50% charge. We understand plans change, so we keep it fair and straightforward.

What are your operating hours?

We operate from 8am to midnight daily. During summer season (June-September), we offer extended hours. For urgent requests outside standard hours, contact us to discuss availability.
