Terms of Service

1. Service Description

IbizaDelivers provides a premium delivery concierge service in Ibiza, including grocery delivery, pharmacy runs, airport transfers, luggage forwarding, and personal errands. We coordinate with third-party retailers and service providers on your behalf.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Services: Grocery and pharmacy deliveries typically complete within 2-4 hours. Express options available for additional fees.

Scheduled Services: Airport transfers and luggage forwarding scheduled at your requested time. Delays due to traffic or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.

Service Areas: We serve all of Ibiza island with varying delivery times based on distance.

3. Perishable Goods Liability

Condition at Delivery: All perishable items are temperature-monitored during transit. Groceries and foods must be collected or unpacked within 2 hours of delivery to maintain freshness.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for immediate storage of perishable goods. We are not liable for spoilage after delivery.

Damage Claims: Report damaged perishables within 1 hour of delivery with photo evidence.

4. Third-Party Product Warranties

Product Quality: We deliver products as sold by retailers. We make no warranties regarding product quality, freshness (beyond delivery conditions), or suitability.

Retailer Returns: You are responsible for managing returns or complaints with the original retailer. We can assist with contact information.

Pharmacy Items: Prescription items are confirmed by licensed pharmacy staff. You are responsible for verifying proper medications.

5. Service Cancellation

Cancellation Windows: Services can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 minutes before scheduled pickup/delivery. Later cancellations incur 50% of service fee.

No-Show Fees: If you are not available at scheduled time, a no-show fee equal to 100% of service cost applies.

6. Pricing and Fees

Service Pricing: Fees vary by service type and distance. All prices displayed include VAT.

Retail Markups: We purchase items at retail prices. You are responsible for product costs.

Payment: Payment is processed securely. You authorize charges for services rendered plus applicable fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays, product quality, retailer errors, or third-party service failures beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
