Our Electric Fleet

As of 2026, 60% of our delivery fleet is electric. Our e-scooters handle urban deliveries in Ibiza Town, Playa d'en Bossa, and San Antonio. Electric vans cover larger deliveries and rural routes. We're on track for 100% electric by 2027.

Packaging Reduction

We've eliminated single-use plastic from our operations. Deliveries use reusable insulated bags (returned on next delivery), paper tape and cardboard packaging, glass bottles where available (with return programmes), and compostable containers for food deliveries.

Local Sourcing Priority

Every product sourced locally is a product that didn't need shipping from the mainland. We prioritise Ibizan producers: local wines from Can Rich and Ibizkus, organic produce from the island's farms, artisan products from local makers, and water from the island's desalination plants rather than imported bottles.

Routing Efficiency

Our delivery routing software optimises for shortest total distance, batching multiple deliveries in the same area into single runs. This has reduced our per-delivery fuel consumption by 35% compared to individual trips.

What You Can Do

Choose our "eco delivery" option for non-urgent orders — we batch these into efficient routes during off-peak hours, reducing the carbon cost per delivery by up to 50%. There's no premium for choosing this option.

Our 2027 Goals

Full electric fleet, zero-waste packaging across all delivery categories, carbon offset programme for remaining emissions, and partnership with Ibiza's Posidonia preservation foundation — donating €0.10 per delivery to seagrass protection.
